Detailed drawinqs in accordance with City Design and <br /> Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department showinq site parkinq layout, landscaping, utilities, <br /> storm drainaqe, temporary construction erosion control, and all <br /> required improvements in the public riqht-of-vay. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any <br /> permits beinq issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br /> approved, and warranted before occupancy permits are issued. <br /> 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br /> times durinq construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning <br /> must xcur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 3. Performance quarantees are required for the etreet, alley and <br /> utility improvements. <br /> 4. Placement and screeninq of refuse disposal areas must be <br /> provided per Section ]9.080 of the Zoninq Code. The refuse <br /> disposnl areas must be shown on the site plans submitted for <br /> buildinq permits. <br /> 5. RooPtop mechanical equipment, includinq vents must be screened <br /> per Section 39.160 of the Zoninq Code. <br /> 6. Landscapinq must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoninq Code. <br /> At a minimum this must include the followinq: <br /> Prior to issuance of any permits, landscapinq plens must be <br /> reviewed and approved by thg Planning Department per Section <br /> 35.100 of the Zoninq Code. The landscapinq plan must show <br /> final topoqraphy of the site. Fire protection systems shall be provided as required in Section <br /> 1807 of the Uniform Building Code. <br /> 8. Fire lanes must be established and must be in compliance with <br /> City Ordinance (Everett Nunicipal Code 46.44) . <br /> 10. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal <br /> Code 4.6.44.
