The conuacwr was requind to meet then-existing Bu'lding Codes and further <br /> required eacceeding then-existing Building Codes related to issues of(a thm•proposed) American's <br /> with Disabili6es Act. <br /> Once the actual American's with Disabilities Act was finalized (after the Community'Theater Bid <br /> Award) it was determined that there naded ro be additional work. The addidonal work is now <br /> required by law and will increase the cost of the pmject by 526,961; there is no change to the <br /> Contract completion date.
