The Public Works Department has scheduled the interse�tion of Everett Avenue and Wetmore for signal reconstruction and up-grade. The signal pole base is ]ocated within the theater construction contract azea and would require duplicate and wasted effort and cost if Ihe 10 foot dexp signal base, required for the project, were delayed until after the theater contract is complete. The theater contractor has agreed to perform the required work at a cost of 59,995. This cost is complztely reimbursable by Public Works funds and will not be added cost to the Communily Theater pro�ect. The theater contractor has also agreed to upgrade the stagc: floor to semi-rigid at a cost of $9,882. A private contnbution has been received to cover the entire cost of the floor modification. *The increased cost of this change order is reimbursed by funding sources ouuide of the Theater Construction Budget, and no additional consWction budget funds are required in order to approve the change order. 60
