It is a public fadllty providing daytime and evening lnfortnationel and
entertafnment venues for Everott and sumounding area citizens. The building is very
unique in Ns design and dces not roflect the typical buildtng profila consisting of four
basic"box style'facades. The eastem far,ade of the building along Wettnore Avenue
consfsts of four distinct wall sectfons. Three of the wall sectlons are flat box style
facades and the fouRh wall sectbn is a large wrved faqade near the cenMr of Uie
overall building. Each of the wall sections Is made dlstinctive by use of veried
heights, depths and other architectual separation features.
