At the time of inspcction the construction of the food service establishment must bc <br /> complete and all equipment must be in place and in proper operating condilion. Incomplete construction <br /> or equipment operation may result in a $160.00 reinspection fee. Requests for a prcoperational <br /> inspection must be received at Ieast onc week in advance of thc date being requested for the <br /> inspection. Contact the Food Program office a minimum uf one week in advance to schedule an <br /> appointment for thc prcoperational inspection.
