Skotdal husband and wife and the City of <br />Everett. <br />Arthur and Marianne Skotdal are owners of Lot 31, Block 682, Plat of <br />Everett, Snohomish County, State of Washington. <br />Arthur and Marianne Skotdal or future owners of the property will build a <br />four hour fire wall to the necessary height to meet the building codes that <br />are in effect at the time of the change.
