To grant the TCO for floors 4 and 5, it is <br />necessary to have the sprinkler system in service for these floors, but not the first floor. SOL <br />anticipates a TCO date of June 20 for floors 4 and 5. The first floor should be in service by <br />June 23rd or 24th.
