Floor plan with complete dimensions (indicate entire building showing all exit <br />doors, stairs, corridors, etc.); <br />B. Wall sections indicating proposed construction and assembly rating as required <br />for occupancy separation, area separation or building construction; <br />D. Toilet room plans (1/4" = IV minimum scale) and interior elevations (indicate <br />wall and floor finishes, fixture dimensions, handicap accessories (if required) and <br />toilet accessories; <br />_X F. Door schedule (indicate frame and door rating, type of lock or latch and signage <br />if required); <br />_X G. Lighting plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of all fixtures, <br />include exterior building mounted lighting if added or revised); <br />IAA H. Energy calculations (any exterior wall or roof of existing buildings must be <br />insulated when the framing cavity is exposed when remodeling. Cavity must be <br />insulated to the maximum depth possible or to the depth indicated by energy <br />calculations); <br />bi 4Le I. Structural drawings and calculations (only required if altering existing stricture <br />or adding new load -bearing structure); <br />Xc J. Architect's or engineer's stamp. (All projects of 4,000 square feet or more than <br />4 dwelling units require the plans to be prepared by an architect or engineer <br />currently licensed to practice in the State of Washington); <br />VA K. Copies of any permits/approvals issued by the Planning Department; <br />L.
