This <br />ordinance eslablishes minimum mainlenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br />an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. <br />The ordinance becomes effective September 1, 2009. A fuli copy of the ordinance is <br />enclosed with this letter.
