March 1, 2017 <br /> President Tuohy left the Council chambers at 7:13 p.m. <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to concur with the recommendation of the Lodging Tax <br /> Advisory Committee and the Budget Finance Chair to accept the <br /> long term obligations of the Hotel Motel Tax listed above and allocate <br /> grant funding as designated in an amount not to exceed $300,000 <br /> and authorize the Mayor to sign the contracts. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked about the amount left in this budget <br /> after the long term obligations. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she would follow up with Council with <br /> the exact number. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except President <br /> Tuohy who was recused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Tuohy returned to the Council chambers at 7:15 p.m. <br /> BID AWARD — PURCHASE OF 36- INCH CLA-VAL CONTROL VALVE <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to award bid 2017-007 for the purchase of one 36-inch Cla-Val <br /> control valve to HD Supply Waterworks in the amount of $122,978.52, <br /> including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION —VEHICLE SURPLUS <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to adopt Resolution No. 7085 declaring the Navistar 4700LP <br /> 77 <br />
