Business Dist�ict (CBD). <br />The intent of the ordinance is to help prolect the downtown streetscape and encourage <br />economic development in one of the City's important retaii and business centers. This <br />ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br />an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. <br />The ordinance becomes effecirve September 1, 2009. A full cepy of the ordinance is <br />enclosed with this letter.
