FINAL DECLARATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE 4 <br />i <br />r <br />Description of Proposal <br />The proposed action is the issuance of demolition and building permits to allow the construction " <br />of a ten -story office structure totaling approximately 105,400 gross square feet plus two _ <br />levels of below grade parking of 13, 200 square feet each. Total gross area will be <br />approximately 131,800 square feet.
