WASHINGTON <br />ATTN: Everett Division Engineering and Construction Supervisor ..,G, <br />Subject: Approval of Permit No. GT 8047 <br />Dear Mr. Helton: <br />Your application for a permit to install, operate, and maintain that portion <br />of underground telephone system in the Public Right -of -Way at the N.W. <br />corner of Wetmore and Wall St. has been approved on April 24, 1980 as per <br />plans (W.O. No. 208-687250). <br />The subject permit approval is based on the agreement that all work will be <br />carried out in accordance with the City of Everett standards and American <br />Public Works Association specifications for trench excavation and backfilling <br />(Reference: Section 61, para. 3.05 and 3.06).
