An inspection was made, as requested, <br />on June 25 and the following corrections are necessary: <br />1. A Union is required on the supply piping within <br />12 inclies of the water neater. <br />2. A 125 pounds per square inch T&P valve is requir.d. <br />3. The drain valve at the bottom of the tank leaks. <br />4.
