The App.licant is able to pro�.�c�.e four parking spaces on the <br />i site and two of those parking spaces m��t be desiqnated :Eor <br />� the resider;tial use on the sit.�; <br />i <br />I <br />'2. if. the Applicant is unable to provide the remaininq three <br />� spaces on the site, they must provide the City with a copy of <br />a one-year lease with option to renew for one year for the <br />I required parking spaces within 300 feet of the property; <br />i <br />��3. The Applicant must submit a letter to the City requesting a <br />consideratien of the denial of the tlse Permit; and <br />re-� <br />I <br />'4. This variance is valid only for the current use.
