The Applicant is nble to provide four parkinq spaces on the <br />� site and two of those parkinq spaces must be desiqnated for <br />the residential use on the site; <br />12. if the Applicant is unable to provide the remaininq three <br />� spnces on the site, they must provide the City with a copy of <br />! a one-year lense with option to renew for one year for the <br />i <br />required parkinq spaces within 300 feet of the property; <br />�3. The Applicnnt must submit a letter to the City requeating a re- <br />I <br />consideration of the denial of the Usa Permit; and <br />4.
