The "Notes to Applican[" are provided for your information and are <br />standard information provided to all applicants. Number 1 is a <br />requirement of E.M.C. 19.70.080CA) and CB). Number 2 ia procedural <br />information. <br />2. In regard to your question regarding the need for the Use Permit, <br />encloaed is a copy of a March 8, 1988, letter to SCCBR answering that <br />queation. <br />3. Condition No. 1 of Use Permit 02-88 means that a Building Permit muat be <br />obtained to ensure compliance with Uniform Building Code for commercial <br />structures. Application documents should include a aite plan and floor <br />plana drawn straight line irith dimenaiona to scale and a crosa section <br />draxing shoWing the etructural design of the building. If you have any <br />further queationa on the Building Permit applicatioa, you may call the <br />Building Official, Tiu�. Tyler, at 259-8810. <br />Ia moet casea, occupancy of a building requiring a Use Permit �rould not be <br />permitted uatil all conditions of the Uae Permit had been met. In thie case, <br />the building has beea occupied for approximately a year, and the City has <br />allowed a great deal of lattitude in permitting the occupancy to continue <br />prior to obtaining a permit. It has been nearly a month since the Use Permit <br />and Variance vere granted, and the City eapecte the Snohomish County Camano <br />Board of Realto_s to comply With the conditione in a timely manner. <br />
