r•. <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Everett <br />Board of Adjustment on the date indicated below for consideration of a request for <br />a variance from requirements of the City Zoning Code as follows: <br />Applicant: Costa Dagg <br />3207 Wetmore Avenue <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Project Location: 3202 and 3208 Wetmore Ave. <br />Zoning: R-5: Core Area Residential <br />Variance Requested: A concurrent variance from EMC 19.22.060(A) and (B) <br />requiring 10 feet front and side yards setback; EMC <br />19.42.010 requiring 15 feet corner lot sight clearance <br />for safety vision purposes; and EMC 19.42.040(B) and (C) <br />to allow decks or balconies higher than 42 inches to <br />extend beyond the required 3 1/2 feet to the front and <br />side yards property line. <br />This variance is to allow the construction of a <br />three-story, mixed -use building comprised of 4,950 square <br />feet for office space and 2,522 square feet for two <br />residential dwelling units; and to permit the building's <br />balcony to extend to the property line along Wetmore <br />Avenue and 32nd Street. <br />Public Hearing: June 6, 1988, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, WA 98201 <br />PURPOSE OF MEETING: To take public testimony.
