Finding: The Comprehensive Plan designation is Professic-:al. <br />Office/Multi-Family, and the proposed mixed -use is consist-nt <br />with the Comprehensive Plan Central Business District policies, <br />Section 4-B. <br />b. Conclusion: Granting the variance would not adversely affect <br />the City's Comprehensive General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett doe: <br />hereby order that the variance as requested by the Applicant be GRANTED, and <br />further require the applicant to meet the following conditions. <br />1. Obtain all necessary building permits prior to construction and <br />comply with all other Zoning :ode requirements. <br />2.
