r0 <br />4. That the granting of such variance will not adversely affect the <br />Comprehensive General Plan. <br />a. Finding: The Comprehensive Plan designation is Professic-:al. <br />Office/Multi-Family, and the proposed mixed -use is consist-nt <br />with the Comprehensive Plan Central Business District policies, <br />Section 4-B. <br />b. Conclusion: Granting the variance would not adversely affect <br />the City's Comprehensive General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett doe: <br />hereby order that the variance as requested by the Applicant be GRANTED, and <br />further require the applicant to meet the following conditions. <br />1. Obtain all necessary building permits prior to construction and <br />comply with all other Zoning :ode requirements. <br />2. No structure of any kind shall be allowed in or to overhang the <br />public right-of-way. <br />The action of th• Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance shall be <br />final and conclusive, unless within fifteen (15) days from the date of <br />issuance and signing of this order by the Chairman of the Board, an <br />aggrieved person or persons obtains a writ of certiorari from the Superior <br />Court of Washington for Snohomish County for the purpose of review of the <br />action taken. <br />DATED this 8th day of June , 1988. <br />, Boar-(Yof Adjustment <br />Notes to Applicant: <br />1. If a building permit is not obtained within one year from the above <br />date, the Board's decision shall cease to be effective.
