Findin : The Comprehenaive Plan designation is ProEesaional <br />Office/Multi-Family, and the propoaed mixed-uee is coneiaten[ <br />with the Comp:ehensive Plan Central Businesa Diatrict policies, <br />Section 4-B. <br />b. Concluaion: Granting the variance vould not adversely aEfect <br />the City's Comprehenaive General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett doee <br />hereby order that the variance as requested by the Appticant be GRANTED, and <br />further require the applicant to meet the following conditione. <br />L. Obtain all neceasary building permi[s piior Co construction and <br />comply vith all other Zoning Code requiremen[s. <br />2.
