The site/landscape plan must be modified to reflect the following changes: <br />Provide a 5-foot, solid fence along the south property line adjacent to parking stall No's. 2, 3, 4, 5 <br />and 6. Section 15.070.1) of the -Zoning Code requires screening fir parking located within an <br />interior setback area. <br />2. Eliminate 711-11 siding material and replace with horizontal siding. The City' Multifamily <br />Design Guidelines require use ofexterior building materials that are consistent with buildings <br />within the surrounding neighborhood and discourage use of'f1-11. <br />3. Show location of garbage receptacle. Please note that these facilities must be screened from view <br />of abutting streets and properties. <br />4. Provide fencing or evergreen landscaping adjacent to parking stall No's 7 through 10. The <br />purpose of this requirement is to screen the Parking from the courtyard and open space <br />immediately to the north. <br />5. Add evergreen trees along the north side of the proposed building (inininwm 6' height at <br />planting). The purpose of this requirement is to break up the blank wall. Please note that this <br />requirement is in -lieu of making modifications to the north building fagade, \ehich would be <br />required in the absence of the fuutre Phase Two 4-plcx. <br />Please submit three (3) copies of the revised site plan to the Building Department. The Planning <br />Department will approve the plans once this infomtation has been reviewed.
