aN� w►.csz. 11-�� <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION: 3200 WETMORE <br />Narrative statement <br />Variance sought <br />(1) To be allowed to build the new building in the same location <br />as the existing building, that is, without application of the 10 <br />foot set back requirement on the front on Wetmore, and on the side <br />on 32nd., as required by Sec. 19.22.060 <br />(2) Concurrently to waive the sight line requirement of Section <br />19.42.10 to the extent necessary to accomplish (1). <br />The legal description of the site of the proposed building is Lots <br />29, 30, 31 and 32, Block 767, Flat of Everett. The lot lies at <br />the Southwestern corner of the intersection of 32nd. and Wetmore, <br />which is of course, one block South of Pacific.
