Recause you <br />have failed to cooperate with the requests ot the Fire Marshal as set forth in his <br />letters o[ April 24, 1980, June 19, 1980, September 8, 1980, and �eUs end <br />inspections performed on Pebruary 18, 1981, Merch 11, 1981, April 1, 1981, Mey 6, <br />1981, August 1, 1981, end Septembe� 1, 1981, this ma'iter has been turned over to <br />the City Attorney's o[tice. <br />This letter is written to put you on notice pursuant to Section 3.102 of the City's <br />Fire Code thet you are in violation of the fire Code, Sections 12.103(e) and (e) and <br />110.301(e). Violation ot the Fire Code is an offense, which r,iey be punisheble by e <br />maximum fine of 5500 and/or six (6) months in jeil. <br />I would strongly urge you to contect either Sem Preston or Walt Cooper at <br />259-8726 to tormulete a plan to correct the deficiencies in youc building.
