Work Plan <br />Exterior Railing Replacement <br />3223 Wetmore Ave. , Everett WA <br />A. Remove & Replace Front Deck Railings <br />Qw � z� ���� <br />a. Remave existing wooden deck railings <br />b. Inspect 2x10 facia and 4x6 corrugated metat pan (rame for damage; remove& Rep!ace as <br />needed <br />i. Remove facia and pan frame as needed <br />ii. Inspect concrete deck, 4x10 deck supports, and building attach points for damage <br />iii. Install brackets, pan frame, and facia in the same manner as the materiai that was <br />removed; replace brackets as necessary (See note 1 for bracket & fastener specs) <br />c. Instali Clearview Railing System in accordance with manufacturer's specifications (See <br />Attached) <br />B. Remove & Replace Interior Corridor Deck Railings <br />a. Remove existing wooden deck railings <br />b. Inspect 2x10 facia and 4x6 corrugated metal pan frame for damage; remove& Replace as <br />needed <br />i. Remave facia and pan fnme as needed <br />ii. Inspect concrete deck, 4x10 deck supports, and building attach points for damage <br />iii. Install breckets, pan frame, and facia in the same manner as the material that was <br />removed; replace brackets as necessary (See note 1 for bracket & fastener specs) <br />c. Install Clearview Railing System in accordance with manufacturer's specifications (See <br />Attached) <br />C. Remove & Replace Stairway Landing Deck Railings <br />a. Remove existing wooden pickets and railings from landing, leave existing steel pi�kets in <br />place. <br />b. Install pre-manufactured steel railings to exis[ing pickets using 1/4" x 20 stainiess steel <br />screws or by welding new freme to existing pickets.
