WAIHINGTON <br />Bryant, Butterfield & Fretz, Architects [E2O <br />IN6P[CTION LEPANTN [NT <br />717 Medical Dental Building <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Dear Sir: <br />We of the Housing Conservation Division wish to express our appreciation <br />for your cooperation in Everett's Systematic Housing Cade compliance <br />program. <br />The Housing Code Inspection made at your property at 3224 Wetmore on <br />July 10, 1974 revealed that the house meets the Housing Cade requirements <br />with the exception of the following items: <br />1. Upper section of basement stairway has no handrail. <br />2. Front porch and rear basement stairways have no handrails. <br />3. Some of the electrical circuits are over -fused. <br />4. There are some open wiring splices in the basement area. <br />5. Zip -cord wire is used for outlet in southwest bedroom. <br />6. There is open unportected wiring in basement stairway. <br />7. Bath tub faucet is not code approved. <br />8. Treads on front porch stairs are loose and deteriorated. <br />The above discrepancies are violations of the Uniform Housing Cade, <br />which the City of Everett has adopted; and must be corrected within <br />sixty (60) days to insure a healthful and safe environment for your <br />tenants. <br />Yours truly <br />Robert K.
