In the last few weeks we have secured the building again and have cut the <br />overgrown vegetation to make the building meets the code. In the future we will <br />monitor to be sure the building is secure. <br />We have made application for a building permit and the staff has told us it could <br />be ready by approx. August 1, 1998. Our plans are to demolish both buildings on this <br />property as soon as our building permit is obtained and financing is available.
