CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF REVIEW Case Nos. 94 943H-98 Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order This matter having come before the Board of Review of the City of Everett on the 27ih day of October, 1998, and the testimony of witnesses having been heard and all exhibits admitted into evidence having been considered, the Board of Review makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law and order. Findines of Fact: 1. The City of Everett Housing Inspector inspected the buildings situated upon the property at 3229A Wetmore Avenue and 3229B Wetmore Avenue (hereinafter "the buildings") in the City of Everett, Washington under the authority of the City of Everett Building Official. 2. As a result of the inspection, the Housing Inspector believes that the buildings are residential. 3. As a result of the inspection, the Housing Inspector believes that conditions exist at the buildings that are in violation of the Uniform Housing Code, as adopted by the City of Everett, and render the buildings unsafe, dangerous or hazardous. Said conditions are set out more fully in the Notice and Orders, which have been admitted into evidence as Exhibits No. and . There was no testimony to refute the conditions as described in the Notice and Orders. 4. As a result of the inspection, the Housing Inspector believes that conditions exist at the buildings that are in violation of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as adopted by the City of Everett, and render the buildings unsafe, dangerous or hazardous.
