HOUSING CODE INSPECTION REPORT <br />FROM: Marian Dent, Housing Inspector / 44 e_ ti-,• <br />DATE: June 23, 1997 <br />SUBJ: 3229 and 3229 1/2 Wetmore, Everett, WA <br />After receiving complaints regarding the buildings loacated at 3229 and 3229 1/2 <br />Wetmore, an inspection of the buildings was conducted. <br />The following is a list of deficiencies noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing <br />Code: <br />1. The roof of the house is covered with moss, rotted, deteriorated, and <br />requires replacing. <br />2. All vital systems, electircai, plumbing and heating have been destroyed <br />by vandalism. <br />3. There are holes in walls and floors. <br />4. Windows and exterior doors are broken. <br />5. There is a lack of protection from the elements for the exterior and <br />interior of the house. <br />6. There is a lack of maintenance to the building and the premises which <br />creates a blyte to the neighborhood. <br />7.
