The building is a hazardous nusiance to the health, safety and welfar,: of <br />the general public. <br />The building at this address may endanger the life, health, property or safety of <br />the public and is rendered dangerous pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code, Sec. 302, noting the following: <br />1. The building exists in violation of specific requirements applicable to <br />such buildings provided by the building regulations of this jurisdiction, <br />as specified in the Building Code and Housing Code as adopted by <br />Ordinance of this jurisdiction relating to the condition of buildings. <br />2. The building is open to the public and is an attractive nuisance to minors <br />and a harbor for vagrants. <br />3.
