VI. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall be kept <br />secured from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is <br />repaired in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. <br />VII. If the requirements set forth in Paragraphs III, IV, V, and VI above are not <br />complied with, the City of Everett will order the building to remain vacated and <br />proceed to cause the bui,Jing to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the <br />property and/or its owners. <br />Vill. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal <br />from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal <br />must be in writing as is required in the Uniform Housing Code and filed with the City <br />of Everett Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this <br />Notice and Order. Failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of all right to an <br />administrative hearing and determination of the matter. <br />IX.
