Sullivan anslacred Uy saying thc oiancr of thc property necds a <br />better economic return on his investment by having rentals even <br />though the rentals are not part of the ��ariance requcst. <br />The IIoard then stated the proposed rentals i��hich are not associated wich <br />the business are creating the problem. � suggestion for a possible <br />solution was to approach the Public liorks I)epartment for a possible <br />vacation of the alley or alleys. <br />A motion taas made by bfi'. Hoagland, secon�led hy Dtr. Zook, and unanimously <br />carried to postpone any further action until the next public hearing of <br />thc IIoard, April 7, 1930. 7'his will allow sufficicnt timc to contact <br />the City La find out iS the alley can he vacated. <br />
