It has been detexmined [hat the main structure has been converted to four apartment units. There is an additional unit to the rear of the property. In researchiag tnis matter, City records indicate ihe legal esistence of two dwelling units on the property. The conversion oi the main structure to four apartmenc.F Was not done with the benefit of permit and is therefore not legal. This violates Section 19.48.030 of the Everett Municipal Code Which lists the requirements for a daelling convereion in the R-4 zone. �A copy of thls aection is encloaed for your review.) In order to comply with the code, there are three options available: 1. Provide written documentaClon that the apartments eaisted prior to December, 1956.
