Box 358 <br />Everett, Washington 98206 <br />Dear Sir: <br />At your request, this Division has inspected the property <br />located at 3321 Wetmore , Everett, Washington. <br />The following defects must be corrected before we can certiy <br />that this structure meets the minimum requirements of the <br />Uniform Housing Code. <br />1. Electrical panel has been altered, shows evidence of <br />overheating and is overfused. <br />2. Exposed bare electrical wire wall of front bedroom <br />second floor. <br />3. Provide approved temp/pressure relief valve and <br />discharge piping from water heater. <br />Information on building permits to accomplish this work <br />may be obtained from the Building Inspection Division, <br />259-8745, and all corrections must meet the present building <br />codes. Upon completion of the correction work and after <br />the final inspection is made by the Building Inspection <br />Division, please call the Housing Conservation Division, <br />259-8935, for your Housing Code Compliance Certification. <br />Yours truly <br />Robert K.
