These conditions may be considered sufficient <br />to declare the building substandard and/or dangerous. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed below: <br />1. The structure is infested with insects. <br />2. The front porch is rotted. <br />3. The structure is rotted so bad".y in the southwest section, daylight <br />can be seen between the floor and wall. <br />4. The bathroom walls and floors are rotted. <br />5. Bathtub has an illegal plumbing fixture. <br />6. Ceiling tiles are falling throughovt the structure. <br />7. The roof is rotted, and the hole in the roof is inadequately repaired. <br />8. Bricks are missing on the chimney. <br />9. Doors are out of plumb. <br />10. The electrical system is inadequate and hazardous. <br />11.
