The required sight obscuring <br />fencing has not been installed along the property line where the off-street parking <br />is located off the alley. Also, landscaping has not been installed as required by <br />the approved landscape plan (see enclosure). <br />The ten foot wide landscape strip along 36th Street must be planted with sic foot <br />high spreading evergreen trees or 1 1/2" caliper deciduous trees. Full and bushy <br />fir trees were proposed. The east, north, and south property lines need to be <br />planted per the approved plan. <br />Once the landscaping and fencing are installed, please contact me at this <br />department for a reinspection.
