Structural framing and exterior of residence show dry rot and <br />considerable deterioration. <br />2. Roof requires replacing. <br />3. Front porch is rotted and in very poor condition. <br />4. Windows are broken. <br />5. The structure is open to the public and is an attractive nuisance <br />to children playing in the area. <br />The house has been posted as illegal to occupy. <br />
