WNIN68N <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Dial Mr. <br />This is to clarify our recent telephone conversation concerning your <br />business use of the property located at 3418 Wetmore Avenue. <br />The zoning for that particular area is R-3 (Multiple Family ,Zesidence) <br />and any business use is strictly forbidden unless it meets all of the <br />requirements for a 'hare occupation'. <br />As your cork space is separated from your residence, you cannot qualify <br />as a 'home occupation'. <br />Please make the necessary arrangements to cease your business use of <br />the property within thirty (30) days to preclude further action by the <br />City.
