Ms. Herrera called after receiving rtry letter. She is currently going through bankruptcy, and <br />the property went thorough a quick sale by the bank. So, that haves her out of the picture as far as we are concerned. <br />There are two roofs and one appears to have been replaced and the other is an accessory building, she claims it is a <br />garage.
