The property is legally described as: <br />EVERETT DIV A PLAT OF BLK 821 D-00 — LOT I l <br />& THE N 3.75 FT OF E 14FT OF LOT 12 <br />Parcel Number: 00 4369 821 01 100 <br />An inspection of the property was conducted on September 9, 2003. Materials have been placed <br />nest to the curb in what appears to be a driveway approach, and the front yard is covered in <br />gravel in what appears to be a driveway, and/or parking space. These conditions constitute a <br />violation of the Everett Municipal Code Sections 13.16, and 19.34. Driveways and driveway <br />approaches must be reviewed and then approved by the City of Everett, prior to installation. <br />Parking in the front yard is prohibited unless it is upon a "permitted driveway". <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. This office must be <br />provided with an acceptable plan of action to remedy these violations within 10 (ten) days of <br />your receipt of this letter.
