Also for permission from Section 19.40.020 of the Everett Municipal Code, Off Street Parking, to construct a fourplex with five (5) off street parking stalls rather than the code requirement of six (6) off street parking spaces. on the following described property: Lot 12 less the N 3.75 feet of the East 14 feet and all of Lot 13, Block 821, Plat of Everett Division "A" Approximate Address: 3421 Wetmore Zoning: R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence AND: WHEREAS, (date) May 7, 1979 was fixed as the date of hearing on said application and proper notice having been given as required by law, AND: WHEREAS, a public hearinj was held on said date and the Board of Adjustment, after review:ing all testimony, made the findings that: The variance request meets all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal Code, paragraphs 1,2,3, & 4. NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings: BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said application be GRANTED with the stipulation the builder provide eight (8) ten foot off street parking stalls, four (4) to be in tandem. AND: BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be transmitted to the applicant for their information.
