This inspection revealed the following viole ons of the Everett City Code: <br />• Code Section 19.34.060.J Vehicles shall not be narked in required front <br />setback areas for single-family and duplex use ccept when located <br />upon driveways meeting the requirements of sut.section I of this section. <br />Code Section 13.16.050.F No permit for a driveway approach shall be granted <br />where reasonable egress and ingress, for the purpose for which the property is <br />used, can be secured from the alley; <br />The parking area at the front of the house must be removed from the property or a <br />permit applied for no later than November 27, 2000. Should you fail bring to your <br />property into compliance as required by law, a violation citation may be issued to <br />vou, which could result in a fine and/or costs being assessed against you.
