BALDwiN <br />BROTHERS <br />INCORPORATED 10 March 1986 <br />Everett Planning Department <br />3002 Wetmore <br />Everett, Wa. 98201 <br />Dear Sirs, <br />My brother and I would like a varience for parking at 1007 Everett Mall Way. <br />We have been clasified as a "Drive In" restaurant rather than a restaurant <br />with a "Drive up Window". Of our original 70 parking stall requirement we <br />have 65 stalls. Our drive up window cuts o,1r need for parking stalls by 307 <br />because the customers drive up and drive away. As Exhibit 1 shows we do not <br />use all the stalls that we have. Exhibit 2 shows that we have many more <br />and sometimes double the number of stalls of other fast food restaurants in <br />the area. <br />If we were classified as a restaurant with a drive up window, we would <br />only be required to have 42 parking stalls.
