FORM B <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) <br />Section 1: On November 252 1969 the hereinabove described <br />building(s) or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, were examined by <br />the City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or structure(s), <br />or portion(s) thereof, arc unsafe as defined in the City of Everett Building <br />Code in the following respects, to -wit: <br />1. Structure has been determined to be a fire hazard by the Fire Marshall <br />because of the deteriorated conditions7 the accumulation of flammable <br />trashl and'the fact the structure is vacant. <br />2. Property is so poorly maintained as to be an attractive nuisance to <br />children and harbour for vagrants. <br />a. The building is open to the public and has been vacant for more <br />than two years. <br />b. The storage building in the rear is dilapitated and open to the <br />public. <br />c. Both the front and rear porches are extremely deteriorated. Front <br />porch is on stilts and is extremely dangerous. <br />3. The building is unfit for human habitation. <br />a. Wiring is totally inadequate. Both the service and circuits are <br />• insufficient. <br />b. The chimney is deteriorated. <br />c. Window glass is missing from over 5V6 of windows. <br />id. Plumbing needs to be replaced. 3 toilets are broken. 4 sinks <br />deteriorated. 3 basins are broken. There is no hot water tank. <br />4. House has deteriorated wore than 5C% of original value. <br />a. Foundation settling. <br />b. No paint remains on structure. <br />c. Roof is overgrown with moss and extremely deteriorated. <br />d. Plumbing and wiring deficiencies as noted above. <br />
