In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. An automatic fire suppression system is required per UBC 904.2.9 and City Ordinance 1902-92. The plans should indicate this requirement. 2. A monitored fire detection system is required per City Ordinance 1902-92. The plans should indicate this requirement. 3. One -hour fire -resistive construction is required throughout per UBC 310.2.2. This includes. all floor/ceiling, ceiling/roof, and exterior wall assemblies. Provide the testing agency identification number and description of each. One - hour fire -resistive construction is also required for the eaves on the right and left sides per UBC 705. Please provide a detail. 4. One -hour occupancy separations are required at walls, doors, and Floor/ceilings separating the apartments from the garages. UBC 302.1.
