Plumbers may turn on water for the purpose of testing their Pipes, hilt they must leave it shut off at the Company's scrvice- cock, and in no case turn on the water for consumers. The water will tot be turned on to :tux premises until the statement herein required has been furnished to the Company and the inspector sltnll certify that the wort; has been done in accordance with its rules and rcgulntions.
