WASHtNOTON <br />982O1 <br />INSPECTION DERARTHENT <br />On September 17, 1974 this office notified you by letter <br />of the deteriorated condition of a house owned by you <br />at 3519 Wetmore, Everett, Washington. <br />Ile requested that you inform us of your intentions to <br />remedy these conditions within ten days. <br />On September 23, 1974 you were again notified by telephone <br />of the condition of the building, At that time you stated <br />you had not been able to check on the house because you <br />had been out of town. <br />You are now advised that this office must be informed of <br />your intentions within ten days to avoid further action <br />by the City of Everett. <br />Yours truly, <br />Douglas A.
