County records indicate <br />that you are the owner of this property which is legally described as: <br />Friday's 1st Add., Block 7, Lots 20 & 21. <br />An inspection of the above described property reveals several deficiencies <br />which may be deemed detrimental to occupants or the public as defined in the <br />Uniform Housing Code. These conditions may be considered sufficient to <br />declare the building to be substandard and/or a dangerous building. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed below: <br />1. Chimney bricks are loose. <br />2. Brick walkway in front of house is not level and is hazardous. <br />3. steps leading to the front porch are deteriorated aid hazardous. <br />A. wood skirting is in contact with the earth and is rotted. <br />5. There is dampness and mold in habitable rooms of the structure. <br />G. There are holes in the roof. <br />7. The bathtub has an illegal plumbing fixture. <br />B. The safety relief valve on the hot water tank is not vented <br />properly. <br />
