SCHROEDER <br />Fire Chief <br />An inspection has been made of the buildings at 3531 Wetmore. <br />There are two buildings on this lot. It was determined because <br />of this inspection that the buildings had deteriated beyond repair <br />and therefore should be demolished. <br />The specific reasons for this determination are: <br />1. All windows have been broken out. <br />2. The roof has rotted beyond repair. <br />3. The foundation is delapidated beyond 50%, <br />4. The plumbing is inadequate and broken. <br />S. the wiring is substandard. <br />6. The plaster is falling from the ceilings. <br />7. The porches are rotted beyond repair and one of them has <br />fallen from the house. <br />8. The houses are open to vandalism and there Is evidence <br />that people have been in the places destroying the inside. <br />9.
