1 <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILUINC(S) <br />Section 7: Violaters of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building Code <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such violator shall be deemed guilty <br />of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which <br />any violation of any of the provisions of said building code is committed, <br />continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such violator <br />shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for no <br />more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br />Section 8:.
