September 8, 1075 <br />In the City Hall Council Chambers, City Hall, Everett, Washington <br />for the consideration of the following: <br />Request of Karl Fankhauser, 209 Heather Road, Everett, Washington for <br />a variance from Chapter 19.40 Everett Municipal.Code, off• -street parking <br />and loading for: <br />Permission to provide twelve (12) parking spaces for a proposed ten -unit <br />apartment structure rather than the minimum of fifteen (15) parking stalls. <br />as required by Code. <br />Legal Description: Lots 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28 Block 10 of Friday's First <br />Addition to Everett <br />Approximate location: 36th and Wetmore <br />Zoning: R-3, Multiple -Family Low-Depsity Residence Zone <br />Any person desiring to be heard on this proposal should present such <br />testimony at the time and place of said hearing. <br />Board of Adjustment <br />Published: September I, 1975 <br />
